Misty L. Wray,M.D.

Misty L. Wray, MD received her Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biochemistry from the University of Georgia in 1983. She received her Medical Degree in 1988 from the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Wray completed a residency in Internal Medicine in 1993 with the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC and completed her residency in Ophthalmology in 1997 at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec.

Dr. Wray is a highly skilled Cataract and Ophthalmic Plastic Surgeon, who has a special interest in the treatment of Glaucoma and Dry Eye. She is Board Certified and has been practicing in Ophthalmology for over 20 years. She is extremely adept at developing custom surgery to optimize the best possible outcome for each and every one of her patients. She has received awards for Compassionate Doctor Recognition, On-Time Doctor and Patient's Choice award for three consecutive years.

Dr. Wray is also a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and Surgeons and Women in Ophthalmology.
